Each color fluoresces brilliantly under black light, making them perfect for special black light effects. Glow Effects are non-greasy, compact colors. It has good covering characteristics and is easily applied with the included brush, or a sponge.
When applied it should be carefully rubbed with the hand or a soft cloth. The Neon UV paint can be easily removed with soap and water.
