- IS SHOPPING SECURE?

Our entire transaction checkout process is completely private and secure. - How do I apply a coupon or gift certificate code?
At the checkout process you will be asked to enter your promotional or gift certificate codes. Please follow the specific instructions you were given with your offer to ensure your discount is properly applied.
I would like to send an order as a gift and I don't want the prices shown on the receipt enclosed with the order. What should I do?
All orders are shipped out only with a packing slip that identifies the contents, with no pricing information. We e-mail you an order processing confirmation which acts as your receipt for your purchase. back to top
- I had a problem at checkout. How do I know my order was received by you?
All orders will be sent an e-mail confirmation that the order has been received by our system. If you do not get an e-mail confirmation within 48 hours after placing the order, please contact our customer service department for assistance(1-866-542-4569)in verifying that your order was received. If you have copied down your order number at checkout, it will expedite our ability to assist you quickly. back to top
- What do you do if items I order are out of stock?
We do our best to maintain adequate stock on all items we carry, but occasionally the demand for an item may be greater than anticipated or the manufacturer may be delayed in shipping their products to us. If items from your order are out of stock and not expected in within a 5 days, we will ship out the balance of your order to you immediately. Backordered items are given top priority and will be processed as soon as the items are back in stock. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for multiple shipments caused by backorders. We will e-mail you to inform you of any backorders, and you will always have the option to cancel the backordered items or continue to wait for them to be available. back to top

- Can I go and pick it up at your office instead of having it shipped?
No, if you buy online then it must be shipped to you. However, if you are in the local area and want to stop in to our Retail Store, we are located at

- The Rules on all daily deals for In-store customers
Please note our store has retail prices, which may be higher or lower than the online prices. Retail customers can only use 1 or 2 vouchers in a day, depending on the rules of the daily deal (this means that you cannot buy something, walk out, and come back a minute later to use another voucher - per day means you'll have to come back another business day!) Daily deal coupons are not valid on rentals and other promos, nor on sales products or helium. Please note that taxes are extra and are based on the total retail value of products. back to top
